Self-hosted delivery stack
A pragmatic self-hosted collaboration and source-control environment using GitLab and Nextcloud on Docker-managed VPS infrastructure.
01
The challenge
Give an engineering team ownership of source control and shared files while keeping deployment, certificates, and routine operations manageable.

My contribution
Across the product boundary.
- Contributed to GitLab and Nextcloud self-hosting workflows.
- Worked with Docker and Docker Compose on Linux VPS environments.
- Supported HTTPS configuration using Let’s Encrypt certificates.
- Applied practical delivery and operations knowledge beyond feature code.
